Private Knowledge Base

You can now make your Knowledge Base private and require users to log in before they can access it.


This helps teams keep support content behind secure access instead of making it publicly available.


Along with this ,


You can now store the returned value from an HTTP Request action in workflows. Use this to fetch data from external systems, save the response in SparrowDesk, and continue the workflow based on that value.
